Processing time: Orders dispatched within 1-3 working days. Our shop is open Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM–4 PM.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days after dispatch. Express delivery takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Carriers: We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and Yodel for secure, reliable delivery of your sweets.

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

• Custom gift jars and personalised orders
• Pick n mix sweets (loose or bagged)
• Any opened or unsealed products

Unopened, sealed pre-packaged sweets may be returned within 14 days if faulty or damaged in transit. If you receive damaged goods or have quality concerns, please contact us immediately and we'll resolve it.
