Ross Mixed Oddfellows

Contacted D&G online to see if they could arrange sweet cones for a birthday party at short notice.
They replied promptly and were able to offer a large range of options to choose from. I went in store to collect and found Graham and Donna very friendly and helpful.
Sweets were made up there and then and perfect sized cones for what we needed.
Definitely recommend D&G and will be going back there again soon.

How does delivery work?

Shipping costs: Just £3.99 for Mainland UK orders. FREE Mainland UK delivery on orders over £15 (lowest threshold in the UK - most shops charge £25-£50!). Northern Ireland: FREE from £20. Ireland: FREE from £40.

Processing time: Orders dispatched within 1-3 working days. Our shop is open Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM–4 PM.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days after dispatch. Express delivery takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Carriers: We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and Yodel for secure, reliable delivery of your sweets.

Can I return sweets?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

Custom gift jars and personalised orders
Pick n mix sweets (loose or bagged)
Any opened or unsealed products

Unopened, sealed pre-packaged sweets may be returned within 14 days if faulty or damaged in transit. If you receive damaged goods or have quality concerns, please contact us immediately and we'll resolve it.

Do you have allergen information?

Full allergen information is available on each product page. Please check before ordering if you have dietary requirements or allergies. Many of our sweets contain common allergens like nuts, dairy, and gluten.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Our premium gift jars come beautifully presented and ready to gift! Each jar is hand-filled with care and arrives in perfect condition. For custom requests or corporate gifting, please contact us at info@dgsweetzone.co.uk

What are your business hours?

Our Falkirk shop is open Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM–4 PM. Orders placed online are processed within 1-3 working days during business hours. You can also visit us in person at Kiosk 2, Howgate Shopping Centre, High Street, Falkirk FK1 1HG.
