🔁 RETURNS & PRODUCT ISSUES Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Pick n mix sweets
- Custom gift jars or personalised products
- Opened or unsealed items
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days if faulty or damaged — just get in touch.
🔄 SUBSTITUTIONS If a product is unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value (unless allergens are specified).
